For obtaining Khatha Certificate and vacant site/building tax assessment form, an application in the following format is to be submitted to the concerned Revenue Officer by the allottee.
Name of the applicant.
Name of the layout.
Site No / Dimension.
Date of issue of Possession Certificate / Value of Site.
Site allotted by BDA / allotted by Housing Society.
If site is allotted by the Housing Society, the allottee should indicate the name of the Housing Society with address.
Date of completion of the building / Date of occupation of the building.
Construction cost of the building (In Rupees).
Whether the building is under self-occupation or rented.
Name of the tenant, if rented.
Any other relevant document as may be called for by the BDA.
