  1. Application addressed by the allottee.

  2. Registered lease-cum-sale agreement.

  3. The following documents shall be submitted, if required:

    • Allotment Intimation.
    • Challan for payment of sital value.

  4. A Certificate in the format given below along with a photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer.

  5. Any other relevant document as may be called for by the BDA.
