Procedure for transfer of site

 

Documents to be submitted at the Head Office, BDA

  1. Application for transfer.
  2. Copy of the Possession Certificate.
  3. Up to date tax paid receipt.
  4. Up to date Encumbrance Certificate in Form No. 15 - from the date of execution of Leas-cum-Sale Agreement.
  5. Death Certificate
  6. Self Affidavit.
  7. Joint Affidavit.
  8. Indemnity Bond.
  9. Survivorship Certificate.
  10. Other documents such as copy of Ration Card / Copy of extract of Voters List etc., as may be required for establishing the relationship of the applicant to the allottee.
  11. Recent passport size photographs of the applicant (4 nos.)
  12. The allottee may be required to produce documents such as allotment intimation, tax paid receipts, possession certificate to the concerned officer for verification.
  13. A Certificate in the following format attested by a Gazetted Officer along with recent passport size photograph of the applicant.
  14. Any other relevant document as may be called for by BDA.
