Execution Of Lease-Cum-Sale Agreement

Documents to be produced by the allottee along with the original Registration Card.

Application by the allottee along with the original Registration Card.
Lease-cum-sale Agreement duly typed on stamp paper (in duplicate) according to the format given by BDA, signed by the allottees in all pages along with signature of two witnesses.
Eight recent passport size photographs of the allottee.
the allottee should produce original documents such as allotment intimation and tax paid receipt for verification by the concerned officers, if required.
A Certificate in the format given below and attested by a Gazetted Officer along with attested photograph of the allottee.
Any other relevant document as may be called for by the BDA.
